The Tournament of Champions (often referred to as T.O.C.) is the culmination of the regular season. The division winners (Triple A and above) from each league compete against each other in a single elimination tournament format to determine the District 72 Tournament Champion of each division.
Little League Regular Season Rules are in effect for the Tournament of Champions with the following modifications:
* Blind Draw / Single Elimination Tournament.
* Teams shall not use pool players during the tournament.
* Pre-game coin toss to determine Home Team / Visiting Team.
* Minor Division game length to be 6 innings or 1:45, whichever comes first. If time limit is reached during an inning, you complete the inning. No drop dead.* Major Division game length to be 6 innings or 2:00, whichever comes first. If time limit is reached during an inning, you complete the inning. No drop dead.
* All Upper Division game lengths to be 7 innings or 2:15, whichever comes first. If time limit is reached during an inning, you complete the inning. No drop dead.
* Championship Games for Minors and Majors to be 6 innings, with no time limit.
* Championship Games for all Upper Divisions to be 7 innings, with no time limit.
* In the event of a tie game, the International Tournament tiebreaker rule takes effect.
